Optical design for computational imaging instruments (invited paper)

Using electronic sensors and computation, optical instruments that acquire images solely for algorithmic interpretation are increasingly frequent. High depth of focus, high resolution, and wide fields are simultaneously achieved with joint optical and computational designs. © OSA 2013.
